In connection with this token airdrop, and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-financing of terrorism (CFT), and economic sanctions regulations, each recipient acknowledges, represents, and warrants the following to the project team (the “Company”):
Non-Prohibited Person
The recipient is not, and has never been, a Prohibited Person, nor has the recipient engaged in any dealings with Prohibited Persons. A “Prohibited Person” includes but is not limited to:

Sanctioned Jurisdictions
The recipient is not a citizen, resident (tax or otherwise), domiciliary, or green card holder of, nor physically located in, any country:
(i) where token distributions are prohibited or restricted under applicable laws or regulations, or
(ii) that is subject to comprehensive U.S. or international economic sanctions, including the United States, China, Iran, North Korea, and Myanmar. The recipient is also not receiving tokens on behalf of any person or entity from such jurisdictions.
Lawful Digital Wallets
The recipient affirms that any digital wallet used to receive airdropped tokens is not funded by, or associated with, any unlawful activity including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or the proceeds of crime.
No Sanctioned Parties
Neither the recipient, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in the wallet receiving tokens, is the subject of any sanctions administered or enforced by any governmental authority.
Right to Exclude or Reclaim
The Company reserves the right to exclude from the airdrop, or reclaim any airdropped tokens from, any individual or entity found to be in violation of the above representations. The Company further reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities, without notice or liability to the recipient.
By accepting tokens through this airdrop, the recipient confirms that they have read and understood this disclaimer, and that all information provided is complete, true, and accurate.
